Service
The concept is now finished.
We are planning to match and better the functionality offered by some of the well known responder services and yet at the same time maintain speed of email delivery - which all too often suffers once a service becomes well known.
As a taster of what is to come, we are planning to offer the cheapest co-registration facility on the net. So if you are struggling with your list, co-registration could be your answer.
Keep an eye on the blog for details.

Sign Up Statistics
You can view these on the My Account.
The statistics allow you to monitor the number of signs up to your responders for today, yesterday and for the last seven days.
This initiative is part of some statistics features we will be implementing over the the next few months.

Easy Responders Tutorial Series - Getting Started Quick Guide
Getting Started – Quick Guide
In this tutorial we get you up and running quickly with our “Getting Started with Easy Responders“ guide, which is designed to give you a fool proof quick and easy guide to getting your account set –up and your responders working.
Step 1
Create your Easy Responder account by clicking on the Get Started Here link on the Easy responders Home page

Now enter your details on the sign up page.

2. Check Your mail box for the Easy responders confirmation that your account has been created. Note you should receive this email within 120 seconds or less. If you do not receive the mail, this indicates that the mail has probably gone to your SPAM box, because your SPAM filters have picked up the mail as SPAM
If the mails went to your Junk box then please add paul@easyresponders.com to your safe list.
You can do this as follows:
In Outlook – Actions – Junk Mail – Add sender to safe list senders list
3. Log into your account and you will be presented with the welcome screen

Now follow the instructions on the welcome screen
Click on Manage Autoresponder and create a new auto responder

Having created your responder now set up your first follow-up message.
Simply enter the text you require in the edit box , add an email subject name and a title banner and save your follow up message.

Repeat step b for as many follow-up messages as your require.
d. Open the manage email prospect screen

Add an email using this screen and terminating by clicking on “Add this Email”
Repeat item d. for as many emails as you have or simply load them in bulk using the upload csv file upload facility.
4. Now that you have an auto responder, one or more follow up messages and one or emails added to your list then you are up and running.
5. In order to gain more exposure and more email prospects you may now add a form to your site in which you can capture clients/emails.
To do this, simply click on Create Opt-in Form as follows:

Select your chosen responder from the drop down list and paste the html into your code on your web site. This will create an opt-in form on your site.

Additional Information
Please note that by law Easy responders operate a double opt-in email strategy, this means that when you a client enters his name and email into your form, he will receive an email requesting authority to join your list. Only when the client clicks on the link in that email will he be added to your list and start receiving follow ups.

SYSTEM UPGRADE
The system now allows you to work directly in the easy text editor box itself or copy in from your favourite word processing package, MS word for example.
If you break the 5k character limit on a follow-up message you will get a controlled message informing of the this. When you get this simply reduce your message size.
Whilst on the subject of follow-ups and broadcasts, I have alot of experience in email marketing and my advice is keep your messages short and to the point. Get your message across very very quickly.
People simply will not carry on scrolling down looking for the punch line anymore. a few years ago yes - but not now.If you are like me I have about 100 to 150 in my inbox everyday, I buy many many products, including all the usuals from the gurus but unless they convince me in a three or four sentences, I hit delete. I simply do not have the time.
I hope this helps

FOLLOW UP MESSAGE SIZE
We have added the following text to the FAQ section of the site.
I get an error while adding a new message. What is wrong with my message?
There are 2 possibilities which might lead you to getting an error while entering a message:
1. The first and most common reason is that your message contains more than 5000 characters. There is a limitation on the number of characters, because we had to make a decsion between offering more functionality - like the use of colours within your message - and having less space for the actual message. We went for extra functionality.
When calculating the size of your message, please remember that the database also counts "blank spaces" while calculating characters.
2. You have copy and pasted message from other software which has hidden characters. We suggest you to copy the message from Notepad.
How can i calculate the number of characters in my message?
Presently, we do not have an Online Calculator to help with calculating your message size, within Easy Responders, but it will soon be available for users, in a forthcoming release.
However there are many websites which provide Online Character Calculators and the following link offers a good relaible character calculator which you can use whilst our own version is being built. Please use the link below.

The first point to remeber is remind ourselves what a a follow-up message is and how it all works.
HOW DOES A FOLLOW UP MESSAGE WORK
As an internet marketer you will know that one of the ways you can sell your products to people over the internet is to give away some free and useful information about a particluar product, or offere some expert advice in a certain area - both of which will build your prospects confidence in you and make them more likely to purchase from or subscribe too your site.
You can achive this using FOLLOW UP MESSAGES.
A follow up message is then a short message which you write and you define within your auto responder. You can have an unlimited number of follow up messages per auto responder and you can have an unlimited numbr of auto responders.
The way to use the follow up is to break your free course, sales idea, advice or white paper into say five or seven logical parts. Create one follow up message for each part.
Each follow up is sent in a logical daily sequence. This means that if you have seven follow ups, your subscribers will receive one email per day for seven days, starting with follow up number one and ending with follow up number seven.
